RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Camino products. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, so please review sizing charts before ordering.
